8th May 2009This questionnaire is designed to provide TWL with the minimum level of assurance that adequate finance and administration systems have been agreed and is in place on completion of the Service Level Agreement. Please complete the response column with comprehensive details of the systems you would like to follow when delivering the provision. In your answer please describe briefly any checks or controls that you would operate, for example checks over the accuracy of specific aspects of work.
