New Deal Environmental Task Force (ETF) & Voluntary Sector (VS) options are designed to meet the individual needs of clients who need ‘just a little more’ help and support to return to employment.
At outset they are allocated a named TWL Training Guidance Advisor who they will meet with regularly to review progress and provide help, guidance and support. The client is also given the opportunity to try a range of tasks and roles that will give them the essential employability skills to enhance future job applications.
