NVQ - Customer Service
In a highly competitive marketplace customer service is vitally important. Whether your customer contact is face to face or over the telephone or e-mail excellent customer service will give you the edge.
Customer Service NVQs are designed for use across all sectors whether, private, public or voluntary. It is relevant for all roles that include customer service responsibilities and takes into account both internal and external customers.
Courses are offered at NVQ Levels 1, 2 & 3 and are available to young people aged 16 – 24 under the Apprenticeship programme or Adults aged 25 and over through Train to Gain or similar.
