IT Users (ITQ) NVQ provides learners with the opportunity to enter / boost their career prospects within the IT (applications) industry. Levels 2 and 3 are ideal for those use computers, however often, as part of their working day.
The qualification will give learners an understanding on how to get the most out of their computer and the packages on it.
IT Users (ITQ) are offered at Levels 2 to 3 and are available to young people aged 16 – 24 under the Apprenticeship programme or Adults aged 25 and over through Train to Gain or similar.
