Team Leading NVQ is offered at Level 2 and can:
• Improve performance within the team and the company
• Increase Team Leader confidence and
• Develop more effective communication to the workplace
It is particularly beneficial for those who are new to the role of team leader encouraging them to look at current practice and develop business performance. Learners will come away with the knowledge and confidence on how to lead their teams more effectively.
Team Leading NVQ is available to young people aged 16 – 24 under the Apprenticeship programme or Adults aged 25 and over through Train to Gain or similar.
