Taxi services are going through a step change in quality and customer service as the industry keeps up to date with changes in the modern world. Both Hackney and Private Hire drivers can now study for a qualification that is recognised by the sector as adding value to customer needs.
The Road Passenger Vehicle Driving NVQ is designed with Taxi drivers in mind and is studied at Level 2 and can currently be funded through Train to Gain. TWL also delivers the preferred industry model which combines the NVQ with the BTEC as underpinning knowledge.
